Yesterday’s round of primaries mean that the American (midterm) election season is really upon us. A record high dissatisfaction with the incumbents has cleared the path for all kinds of crazy people to run and get real attention. Phil Davison, running for Stark County Treasurer, is no disappointment on that front.
